Vistacom recently brought the "wow" factor to a client's Executive Welcome Center by utilizing the head-turning technology of Christie MicroTiles powered by Vista's Spyder. "The design team wanted a product that would provide a high visual impact and that Vistacom could solidly stand behind," stated Dan Gundry, Vistacom's Control Room Team Specialist. With no practical limit to the number of tiles that can be used in a display, Christie MicroTiles® create a virtually seamless canvas with an unlimited number of super-fine pixels. The tiles' modular, flexible design means they blend into their environment. Faced with a brand new product, a fast-track schedule and a difficult construction environment, the project was one of the most challenging to date. "While we definitely faced some hurdles, the MicroTiles® themselves provide for an easy set-up," stated Matt Longo, Lead Technician on the project. As for the support from the manufacturer, "Christie's technical team was also available when we needed them." Vistacom could not be more proud of their technical team's execution of this project. "Considering this was our debut with the product as well as the meticulous nature of the installation, I think we hit it out of the park with this one," stated Gundry.
