Project Management

Vistacom believes that planning for success on the front end of a project is vital to delivering success at the completion of a project.  To that end, Vistacom will kick off your project with an implementation plan aimed at the following criteria:

  1. Bringing the right resources
  2. Setting expectations and goals while defining a schedule and project milestones
  3. Identifying critical path coordination issues early
  4. Applying experience to achieve results

To set the foundation for a successful project, Vistacom assembles a project team and assigns a dedicated Project Manager. Vistacom’s Project Managers take the role very seriously and have been trained and certified in Project Management Institute (PMI) processes and techniques , and follow PMI guidelines and standards for its policies and procedures. They work diligently to meet project expectations and requirements, with responsibilities that will specifically include, but are not limited to:

Serving as a clear and consistent primary point of contact for day-to-day communications

  • Attending all related project meetings, conference calls, walkthroughs, etc.
  • Maintaining the project schedule and proactively scheduling resources as required
  • Bringing critical path issues to the table immediately for early intervention
  • Issuing submittals, testing procedures, and other project correspondence
  • Coordinating with other trades and team members  while supervising technical and site labor
  • Managing procurement and materials inventory
