Vistacom Inc., a leading provider of audiovisual communications solutions, is proud to announce two new appointments to the Management team. Paris Orrison will be joining Vistacom as Engineering Manager, and Lianna Russell has been promoted from within to Marketing Manager.
Orrison rejoins Vistacom after eight years, during which time he pursued Design Engineering opportunities on the west coast. In California, Orrison worked as a Senior Design Engineer at one of the largest AV companies in the US. He was responsible for designing systems and developing AV standards for multiple Fortune 100 companies. Many of his designed projects are high profile in Silicon Valley and the greater Los Angeles areas. Orrison has earned multiple industry certifications; far too many to list.
After deciding to relocate back to Pennsylvania, Vistacom is proud to bring Orrison on board to manage the Engineering Department. Orrison’s responsibilities will include supervising, managing, and leading all pre-sale and post-sale engineering efforts, providing quality assurance across the entire department, and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support operational and corporate goals and benchmarks.
Angela Nolan, Chief Operating Officer of Vistacom, stated, “I am confident that Paris’s tremendous growth as a Design Engineer will help our company strengthen its innovative design-thinking process. His commitment to quality and participative management style will not only fortify our Engineering efforts, but it will also provide interdepartmental benefits throughout the company, and ultimately on to our clients”.
Russell joined Vistacom in April of 2017, as Business Process Coordinator. Before joining Vistacom, Russell gained experience in the AV industry as an integral part of the Marketing Department at Kramer Electronics, a global manufacturer of AV technology. With her Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Penn State University, and previous marketing success, Russell was promoted from within to Vistacom’s Marketing Manager.
“Lianna’s drive and initiative is an exciting addition to our Marketing Department, and we are looking forward to her innovative approach to marketing”, stated Nolan. Russell will be mainly responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all of Vistacom’s marketing strategies, communications and public relations activities, both internal and external.
