Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union

Posted in: Corporate

Founded in 1934, the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (PSECU) is one of the largest credit unions in Pennsylvania. Headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, PSECU serves over 400,000 members and has over $4 billion in assets. PSECU has relocated to a brand new, 239,000 square foot, three-story building on a 47-acre campus.

The collaboration and open dialogue among the design and project teams enabled us to achieve the right blend of technology and aesthetics.

The dynamic building was designed to accommodate current employees, and meet the space needs of PSECU with future expansion capability intended to support PSECU growth for many years to come. One of the design highlights of the new building is the executive boardroom which is an impressive combination of both form and function. The technology within the boardroom supports high level meetings, executive training, and on-demand, critical communications. The system includes a 90” high definition main display, separate local monitors for participants on motorized lifts within the custom table, and a finely tuned audio system.

The space represents a collaborative design between Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates, Bala Engineering, Vistacom, and PSECU. According to Dan Gundry, Bid Desk Manager for Vistacom, “The collaboration and open dialogue among the design and project teams enabled us to achieve the right blend of technology and aesthetics. The finished product is a space that reflects PSECU’s personality and supports PSECU’s business goals on behalf of its members.”
