Crestron RoomView™ is the AV industry's first and only software package to provide centralized management and real-time monitoring of multiple control systems over Ethernet.

From any PC on the LAN or WAN, the administrator can manage an organization's integrated network of AV devices, monitor the status of rooms throughout a facility, perform system diagnostics, track the usage of projector lamps, log network activity, and automate tasks through event scheduling.

Users in a room can send help requests to the RoomView PC, simply by accessing a page on their touchpanel or Web browser. Administrators can respond to help requests by sending a pre-defined or custom text message to the touchpanel, and by sending automatic e-mail notifications to designated room contacts. Administrators can easily take individual rooms on or offline and sort rooms by location or group.
